1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on gameszone.asia. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. gameszone reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds, including deposits and winnings, held across such accounts.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–2 hours to reflect in your account balance. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1–4 business hours. gameszone does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• gameszone reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000 per transaction in a single day.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gameszone may offer bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programs, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use gameszone.asia solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from gameszone.asia without the express prior written consent of gameszone.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gameszone and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the gameszone platform or any content or services provided thereon.

gameszone's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gameszone account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

gameszone does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

gameszone reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
